One of our favorite details from Christine and Jonas' Rehearsal Dinner was the caricaturist - Rob Maystead! Rob is available to travel to any event you might have coming up and we highly recommend him!

At the rehearsal dinner, he made a caricature portrait of all the guests and they all absolutely loved getting them done. It was a Bluegrass Boots & BBQ Bash so he added fun details like cowboy hats to the drawings too! How fun! It was so neat to see all the portraits hanging up together--we had them on display with clothes pins-of course so they kept neat and tidy until guests left at the end of the night to take them with them. christine + jonas {rehearsal dinner!}

Remember our previous post of Christine & Jonas' wedding at their beautiful horse farm?! Well if you didn't think you could love anything more, wait until you see the amazing Melanie Mauer Photography photos below that captured their one-of-a-kind Rehearsal Dinner. This rehearsal dinner was in the bride's family horse barn (the same farm as the beautiful wedding!) We absolutely loved planning all of the details for their rehearsal dinner and it was so neat that the bride and groom got to spend quality time with all of their guests for two days instead of just their wedding date! Super fun details included: a caricaturist that drew each guest with their date, a square dance caller, Bourbon Slushes, yummy BBQ dinner, a delicious pie buffet from Missy's Pies and then the guests finished the night off with a s'mores roast. Such a fun, fun evening for all and an unforgettable Bluegrass Bash!
